Every order is handled with care from the moment it’s placed to the moment it arrives at your door. To keep our products accessible while maintaining quality, many of our items are shipped directly from trusted global manufacturing partners. This allows us to offer durable, beautifully designed home decor without unnecessary markups.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Fee

All orders are reviewed and prepared to meet our strict quality standards before shipment.

  • Processing Time: 2 business days

  • Shipping Fee: $5.99 flat rate (worldwide)

Please Note: During peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or high order volumes, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we work with global fulfillment partners to bring you the best value, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created.

If tracking updates are delayed, please don't worry—your order is still in transit and on its way to you.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

This means:

  • Import duties, taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Genuelyfred is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customs fees are generally uncommon for most home decor items, but policies vary by country.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Once your order has entered the processing stage, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are fully committed to ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages Genuelyfred is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or others in your household.

  • Contact the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) directly to file a claim.

We are happy to assist by providing any necessary tracking details, but we cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.
